Executive / Senior Executive - Facility

Key deliverables for the role:

  • Ensure that all HK staff follows the established Facilities Policies & procedure standards.
  • Check the Log messages & mails pertaining to Facilities & issue any specific instructions if required to Facilities Team on shift duties.
  • Carry out Quality Inspection checks with maintenance teams at random ensuring that complete rounds of all areas of the Terminal are covered during the shift. Any area below established standard of cleanliness to be recorded and instructions issued to Contract Supervisor for immediate rectification of the same.
  • Inspect quality of goods received to meet established benchmarks, if it does not meet standards and thereafter take up the matter with Sr. Manager.
  • Conduct on-the-job training sessions with respective Facilities shift teams.
  • Handle complaints.
  • Liaise with Engineering & Maintenance to ensure safety hazards in front and back of house areas of the outlets are addressed.
  • Foster strong communication & ensure an effective interface between Facilities and other departments.

Graduation from any stream

Reservation Executive

Pranaam GVK Guest Services' is designed to provide guests a seamless and stress-free experience while travelling through Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA). It aims to provide highest standard of services and to ensure a unique and memorable experience to passengers at airport. 

We are hiring for Reservation Executive to track & oversee reservations operations of Pranaam Services proficiently.

Key Result Areas & Outcomes expected from the Role

  • Process reservations by mail, telephone, guest referral and web queries on online and offline medium.
  • Assist B2B and B2C clients with online reservations and amendments
  • Take online feedbacks from customers and guests on online and offline medium. Convey direct requests and unresolved issues from customers to the designated resource via appropriate sources
  • Provide operational support for handling passengers when required
  • Update availability of services to channel partners like GDS, OTA and Web booking systems
  • Possess all information related to product and service offerings and provide timely and adequate information to customers as per their inquiry
  • Maintain and update MIS/database of passengers, customer interactions and transactions, feedback etc.
  • Verify and confirm requests of customers over a telephonic conversation, prior to their arrival at the airport and provide them a brief of the service to be rendered
  • Maintain good working relations with various stakeholders with the aim of providing smooth service to passengers at all touch points
  • Ensure that customers receive high standards of service and a stress free experience at the airport
  • Understand and interpret customers’ requirements and suggest value added services to enhance their experience at the airport
  • Cross sell and up sell services to passengers with the aim of enhance experience for customers and revenue for meet and assist services
  • Ensure that passenger feedback is captured and processed in a timely manner
  • Regularly identify, suggest and implement methods of enhancing passenger experience

Educational Qualification:  
Any graduate preferably with certification in airline ticketing on GDS/Hospitality management

Essential: 2 - 3 years of experience in the field of reservations in service industry


  • Prior experience in Call Center / Ticketing function/ NBFC , travel industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS office tools particularly creating MS excel.
  • Verbal fluency in any of the foreign language (Arabic and/or French) would be an added advantage.
  • Job involves working in 12 hour rotational shifts (day/night)
  • Experience in telephone handling & proficiency of MS Office (Word & Excel)

Job Purpose:

Responsible for Environmental Compliance , Sustainability Initiatives of Airport operations and to achieve excellence in fields of Environment at CSMIA Airport.

Educational Qualification:

A Bachelor in Environmental Engineering or Post Graduate degree in Environmental science from recognized and reputed Institute

Experience :

Essential: 15-18 years in the field of Environment preferably at large airports with at around 8 years’ experience in the leading position.

Key Elements of the Role:
  • Lead to achieve the target environmental efficiencies and drive sustainable improvements
  • Work towards achieving excellence in Environment for MIAL
  • Ensure compliance to all policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Establishing network with all concerned agencies Identify & implement various Environmental Initiatives at airport
  • Release of comprehensive Biennial Sustainability Report Ensure compliance to ISO 14001 –Environmental Management System
  • To lead introduction of a continuous improvement process related to improvement in Environmental performance of organisation.
  • To lead and coordinate all environment related programs outlined as per OMDA.
  • Decision making to achieve environmental excellence at CSMIA
  • To ensure the environmental legal compliance for CSMIA
  • Define clear responsibilities for the Identification, Evaluation, Estimation, Mitigation strategies, and Monitoring of environmental impacts.
  • Plan the implementation of policy and procedural changes to ensure the compliance with ICAO guidelines and DGCA rules and Applicable environmental regulations.
  • Ensure CSMIA’s Compliance to terms and conditions laid down in MoEF clearance, MPCB consent and OMDA obligations.
  • Ensure Monitoring of different environmental parameters as per EMP and MOEF guidelines
  • Obtain environment related regulatory clearances from Central and State Governments from time to time, as per the need.
Technical / Functional Skills Required/Preferred
  • Good knowledge of engineering process related to airports
  • Good knowledge of Environment standards, aviation legislation and regulation with ability to ensure that MIAL and 3rd parties comply with these regulations in practice.
  • Thorough understanding of improvement in Environment management system and impact of risk on the total business plan.
  • Thorough knowledge in CDP and carbon foot printing. Sound knowledge of Sustainability Reporting process & GRI standards Good Knowledge of ISO 14001 standard

Manager – Treasury & Corporate Finance

Essential Qualifications & Desired Skill Set:
  • Chartered Accountant with min 5 years post qualification work experience into Treasury & Corporate Finance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Job Role Details:

The core competencies required for the role:

  • Dealing with major banks in consortium banking/ Multi Banking system
  • Well versed with the banking process particularly in respect of the borrowings
  • Maintaining records/ database of various bank agreements and letters
  • Quick retrieval of required information from records/ database
  • Preparing and working of financial model(s) for business and fund projections
  • Understanding the loan documentation
  • Compliance to the conditions in loan documents
  • Periodical submissions to the banks
  • Correspondence with the banks including drafting replies

The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth in below areas:

  • Exposure in foreign currency borrowings ECB, Bonds etc
